I found the staff very friendly and helpful. My room was large and super clean, such a plus! The hotel even emailed clear instructions before my visit. I thought that was great.
The draught beer from the all-inclusive drinks package was terrible.

The kids club offered a great experience for my children. They especially enjoyed the toy machines. The float time in the pool was a hit, and they appreciated the various activities available. We didn't even need to leave the hotel, as everything was conveniently located.
The room was overly warm. Air conditioning is needed to improve ventilation and make it more comfortable.
